1) I cleared my cookies and cache, I additionally used the Cleaner software

….did not aid

2) I used the explorer instead of google to log in the email account

…..did not piece of work either

3) my message has no attachment, isn´t too long, I haven´t sent more than than my limit etc

4) finally I insert a picture: I use outlook.live quondam Hotmail

I circled the error in red - no fault code - and I tried "after"

I am able to receive emails just withal tin not transport any

I could sent until yesterday noon without problems, then it stopped to work, I didn´t install anything

and I tin´t send messages via my phone (another device) either

I feel pretty helpless, it would be swell if you take whatever other suggestions

Dear LA

thanks for the suggestions, I followed them all

changed my password, did the reputation check and changed the verifing data

the account works every bit before but I still tin can´t ship emails and I get the same error message of an internal server error.

I deleted the account from my telephone and gear up it up new, just in case, only naught made a deviation, I can still receive emails but are unable to answer are send new messages.

I have sent multiple emails to myself, to my other piece of work email, to my husband to friends in Bharat and Austria, always the same error and the messages go to draft.

I have tried to ship the drafts, to create new messages to reply to letters, always the same error, which pops upwards in a minor popular up on the right corner and so I can click that and see the error again in my draft which I posted as picture earlier.

I am very greatful for your help and I sympathise if yous also run out of answers! :)

I solved the trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I installed an outlook client which told me that my account is full although I deleted all in the online outlook

I permanently deleted my deleted items over again and my sent items also in the client version, which did the trick in the online outlook.live

now I am able to sent emails over again.

and information technology worked

Thanks to LA for all the back up, you lot were on the right track I just didn´t know that when I delete everything online information technology is not actually deleted!

My postal service was doing this but it wasn't full. My solution:

Did a reputation bank check as described above. No fix.

I clicked effectually, ended upwards hither: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Scroll downwardly downwards the page.

By the outlook logo, click "utilise outlook for complimentary"

check messages i more fourth dimension, change to gmail.

I was likewise getting that same error from yesterday, after reading your comments. I got my effect. It was space was 100% used. So deleted couple of emails from Span and Recycle Bin and Volla... It started working again. Thanks

At present exporting emails and clear it to 50% atleast.
